The Bespoke Suit Process

From concept to final fitting – a personal, precision-crafted experience.

1. Consultation

We begin with a relaxed, one-on-one conversation to discuss your goals, style, and event. You’ll view fabric books, explore design options, and outline your ideal suit.

2. Measurement & Fit Profiling

Every detail is recorded—shoulder slope, sleeve pitch, and your natural posture. These measurements form the foundation of your personal pattern.

3. Fabric & Detail Selection

Choose from curated cloths in wool, linen, or blends. Select your lining, lapels, buttons, and optional flourishes like monograms or contrast stitching.

4. Pattern Drafting & Cutting

Your suit is hand-cut to your body’s blueprint. This ensures a foundation built entirely for you—not adapted from a standard block.

5. Baste Fitting

You’ll try on the suit in a raw, basted state. This allows for shaping and sculpting before the structure is set. Adjustments are discussed together.

6. Construction & Finishing

Once fit is refined, I assemble and finish the garment with care—canvas structure, set sleeves, buttonholes, and all internal balance work.

7. Final Fitting

You return to try on the completed suit. Any final tweaks are made, followed by pressing and packaging.

8. Collection or Delivery

Your suit is ready. You’ll receive care instructions and guidance for future commissions or styling needs.
