This Shipping Policy outlines how completed garments and products are delivered when shipping is required.

Collection & Delivery

Most services provided by Sonia C. Irving are collection-based, with garments collected in person following final fitting and payment.

Where shipping is requested or agreed:

• Shipping is available by prior arrangement only
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and courier
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery details

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Fees

• Shipping costs are calculated separately and are not included in service prices unless stated
• Fees vary depending on destination, courier, and package size
• All shipping costs must be paid in full before dispatch

Risk & Responsibility

• Once a garment has been dispatched and handed to the courier:
• Risk transfers to the client
• We are not liable for loss, damage, or delays caused during transit

Clients are encouraged to request tracked or insured delivery where available.
