This Returns Policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions.

Bespoke & Bridal Services

Due to the custom-made and personalized nature of our work:

• Bespoke garments are non-returnable and non-refundable
• Bridal gowns are non-returnable and non-refundable
• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances

Alterations

• Alteration services are non-refundable once work has commenced
• No returns are accepted on altered garments

Ready-Made or Non-Altered Items (If Applicable)

• If any non-bespoke, non-altered items are offered:
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client
• Approval must be obtained before returning any item. 

Fit & Adjustments

We allow reasonable adjustments following fittings where required.
Concerns must be raised promptly upon collection or receipt to allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for fit issues caused by:

• Weight or body changes after final fitting
• Incorrect information provided by the client.
